Order of the Sinking Star had a free Steam demo during Steam Next Fest. It is a good way to check that you like the style before committing to a game with over a thousand puzzles. Check the Steam page for whether the demo is still available.
What the demo covered
- It introduced the Queen and the overworld, where the game teaches pushing blocks and rewinding.
- It included The Hearty Heroes of Hauling, The Promise and Mirror Isles. The PlayStation Blog hands-on lists these as playable.
- Skipping Stones to Lonely Homes, the southern world, was not playable in the demo build that report covered.
